~YahOOooooo... fRiDaY yEaH~

juz back from lunch... & u knw wat?! it's Friday... YEAH!!! my fav day of the wk... half a day more to wkends... al'tot tis wk has been a tiring wk at wrk, but not having to go to sch juz makes me feel sOOooo alive... kekeke =P went home early every day to watch tv... another fav past time beside ZZZzzzzz.... LoLx! except yesterday, i went to rebond my ceramic permed hair which was 2mths old... byebye "Q mo"... lalalalaaa... can't stand the messy look every morning & having to curl my hair wif the fingers so the curl will be in place everytime after bath... & gotta wait for hrs to let it dry naturally b4 i head to bed... wasting plenty of my beauty sleep sia...

hiaks... but it turns out to be a disaster... i totally regret on the salon i chose... i tot it'll be gd to save some money so went to a neighbourhood salon tt a colleague recommend & could get me a gd price as the owner was her friend... they offer me $120, which i tink its considered pretty cheap... but tt was my 1st wrong move as not to listen to DaR's advice & try to be cheapskate... 2ndly, i wore glasses & my degrees are like 600degrees, which makes me a blind cat when i take it off... so couldn't really see wat the hairdresser was doing to my hair thro' the mirror... so my long waist-length hair was cut till shoulder length, layered my hair till like siao cha bo, & scalded my scalp during rebonding... XYZ sia... head pain heart oso pain u knw... after all tis, still dare to ask me buy tis shampoo tt conditioner... want me buy?! wait long long eh...

i was asked not to wash my hair for 3days... for the guys, pls don't start the Yikeeeeeeess thg going loh... tt's normal for any1 who went thro' rebonding... i can still smell the chemicals on my head now... (-_-") i myself cannot tahan... so probably i'll go shop for a gd conditioner later & wash hair 2nite liaox...

still pretty impressed wif my fone till now... glad i make a stand to get tis fone despite DaR's nagging & objection... hohoho =P the camera is real gd compared to my T630 previously...

~YeAh!!! No ScHoOL TiS WhOLe Wk~

have been pretty lazy to blog tis days yah... cos i'm more into my new fone which i bought last wk... Sony Ericsson S700i... won the bid on yahoo auction... didn't want to get a brand new set as it is still kinda expensive in the market... well, the seller wanted to sell at $750 initially but my sincerity touched him & we deal at $720... LOLx! the best part was he was late on the day we trade, so he paiseh & tell me to juz give him $700 will do... $20 for me take cab... lalala =P

Tink i got quite a great deal which my DaR tink likewise... the set was in real gd condition except for slight wear & tear... no scratches at all... rate 9.5/10... the seller added in a 128MB memory stick for me which the market only have 32MB included in the package... the warranty card has dealer's stamp but unfilled date... so i was told i could have a full one yr warranty... but DaR scolded me "STOOOPID" & tink i've been cheated... well, till now, i haven't really went to look into the matter yet... anyway, now i'm happily loading fotos, d/ling mp3 & themes into my fone... & it's working absolutely well...

Went to make glasses on my own on Fri... didn't want to wait for DaR anymore... tink by the time he's willing to go wif me, i ald went blind le... he simply has no sense of urgency in anythg he do de... anyway, tonite can collect le... won't have to look like rabbit with my blood-shot eyes anymore... probably i'll wear specs the nx few days to give my pathetic pair of eyes a break...

~sTiLL iN HoLiDaY MooD nEh~

back to wrk yesterday after 6 long days off... shiok sia... shld feel refresh after the break... but i felt e opposite... tink my momentum kinda went off track... so couldn't really stay focused e whole of yesterday... both at wrk & in sch... & i still having poor vision... BADLY BADLY needa make a pair of spectaculars... will definately do it tis wkend...

gotta attend electromagnetics lab later... *yawn* hope i can get the report & experiments done within the 3hrs... cos don't want to do the same trick as to get other's results & pluck it into my report & hand-in yah... tt's not the rite thg to do... but sometimes really "bo bian" de... hehehe =P

Our dept gets a free lunch treat from our manager yesterday yah... We went to Hyatt, StraitsKitchen... me 1st time there... tink shld be quite new... Local cuisine in a contemporary 'market place' setting... Chinese, Malay and Indian flavours including Singapore Laksa, Nasi Goreng, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Roti Prata with Chicken Curry, etc... quite ex sia... each person ard 30bucks... As usual, bring me eat buffet is sure a waste of $$$ de lah... i really tried my best to stuff & try as much food as i can...

1st I had, Malay food...

Wrong move... shldn't have taken rice... but i was kinda hungry then mah...

2nd, i took a bowl of Fish Maw Soup... Yummy!!!

another wrong move... hahaha =P but i didn't want to stop juz like tt... so one of my Engineer jio me share with her a Mutahbat... so i ON loh... had a slice...

after which i really cannot take anymore solid food liaox... so i proceed to my dessert stage while others still stuffing themselves with otak, roti prata, satay, chicken rice, etc... i see ald oso want to puke... kekeke =P

i end my useless food-stuffing journey with watermelons, dragonfruit & 2 scoops of ice-cream... hahaha =P

after the heavy lunch, all of us felt like sleeping sia... we even suspect the restaurant might have drugged us... hahaha =P

okay dokey... gotta go read up a little on the lab i'm supposed to attend later... will upload photos on my sis's ROM 2mr yah... stay tuned... LALALALALALAAAAAA..........

~WhY nO NeW yEaR mOOd dE~

it's CNY eve... but still no feel & mood leh... have been busy busy busy past days... no time even to go to shop for new clothes... so if u see me wif some clothes tt look pretty familar, pls don't point it out loudly kz... hahaha =P tink i've been straining my eyes too much in sch & @ wrk... oso not enough rest... & now i've got a red eye... i look so UGLY!!! 2day "nian chu xi" ald... Shit... & the best part is i'm yet again stuck in my office... NO HALF DAY!!! WEI SHI MO SHI WO (why me)?!!! tt's the problem wrkg for non-chinese...

got my 1st ang bao yesterday... from my CFO... he gave me a $50 note!!! yeah!!!seems like i gonna "HUAT" eh tis CNY yah... took leave on Fri & e following Mon... so i'm off from 2mr all the way till next Tues... Shiok man... Sis's ROM on Valentine's Day @ Marriot Wan Hao Restaurant... me gonna be the videocam woman tt day yah... hope i don't screw up e important moment neh... yeah... gonna have lotz of photo-taking again... will post them up once i uploaded yah... kekeke =P

My brother was discharged from NUH on Sunday... gd for me as not having to run ard to visit him le... hahaha =P Oopss... but it's really great to have him back yah... will try not to ill-treat him too much from now on lah... kekeke =P

Al'tot i don't feel the new yr mood yet but oso no mood to wrk... ok lah... tink sit here is not gonna help much... so me gonna try walking to & fro outside my CFO's office see if he get the hint then le me go off early... hahaha =P

~PooR BrotheR hOsPiTaLiZeD~

hmm... been very busy for the past days... so time seems to pass very quickly... today ald Thurs... took leave 2mr for my dental appt... hopefully as the dentist "promised", tis will be my 2nd last visit... Al'tot i dunno is i can still trust his words, but i've no other choices but to keep my fingers crossed yah... So 2day will be my last day of wrk for tis wk... finally found some time now to make a cup of coffee & update my blog... was so caught up at wrk yesterday tt i couldn't even have time to go lunch... my CEO actually sits beside me to make changes & review the designs personally... Al'tot we're a small company, where u get to see ur CEO almost everyday & juz sits in a room not far away from me, but i still feel the pressure (-_-") everytime he comes to tok to me personally... so tired & stressed... feeling shag & ugly... & its only 5days to CNY eve... still no mood yet... oso dunno if there's a half day for us on the eve...

poor brother, got hit by the hockey ball during a friendly match with another sch... he joined his AJC's sch team for CCA as the goalkeeper... took off his protection gears during half time of the match & was toking to another player near the goal post... then tis "EXTRA" senior of his, actually went to play with the ball & missed the goal post & hit straight into my bro's head... OOOUUUCCCHHHH!!! even the thought of it makes me feel the pain... imagine he himself... do u knw how heavy tt ball is?! he was bleeding & feeling dizzy... was later accompanied by his teacher-in-charge to NUH... i went to the hospital straight after my wrk... he was still in the A&E observation bay then... gotta lie down in bed cos he has got a headache, feeling dizzy & in pain... can even see his forehead near the left eye got tis blood marks of the ball... after the X-ray, the doc examines he got a fractured skull, which sounds pretty serious... his nose bridge cracked & his left eyebrow skull was fractured... he gotta be warded for further more scans to make sure thgs won't get worsen... hopefully he won't need to go thro' any surgery or such... poor boy, 1st time hospitalized & gotta take drip... having the thick needle poked into e veins... doubled his pain... hiaks...

went to see him tis morning b4 coming to wrk yah... he's feeling better ald... at least not dizzy or having headache... no more drips required oso... juz tt he feeling numb on some areas near the hit, probably tt hurt his nerves or somethg... besides tt, thgs are pretty ok... will go visit him again after school later yah... Hopefully he'll be able to get discharge 2mr...
