~DBSS showflat~

We kiasuly submitted the application before we even visited the showflat since the application is free... i guess everyone else has the same mentality tt's the reason why this project was over subscribe by nearly 10times, which means our chance is only 1:10...

took time off on the following Friday to visit the showroom juz to avoid the crowds after wrk or on wkends... there are still many ppl then, but not as exaggerating as need to queue to enter... There were only 2 showrooms despite of the many different floorplans available... Out of the 2, only one of them is more impressive... & the fact is, actually the only thing that caught my eyes was the spacious living, dining & balcony area... other areas can only use one word to describe, "PATHETIC"... the kitchen & corridor of the rooms are so small & narrow that 2 person cannot even walked side-by-side...

But i really loved the spacious living & dining area... this area includes the study area & u have the option to build a partition or not... the balcony is so huge that a brillant idea i heard was to play mahjong at the balcony... got "wind"= got "win"... haha =P

This L-shaped kitchen on the left is from the smaller showroom... That shows all of the kitchen area... it looks to me like its only as big as the toilet loh... the other showroom worst... the kitchen stove & washing area are 2 parallel cabinets where 2 person can't even walk side-by-side in between...

The toilet on the right looks big but i tell u photos can be sooo decieving... anyway, the big mirror is somethg i like... Oooo... juz nice for my vainy DaR... LoLx!

Looks like i've alot complains about the whole thing sia... but you know wat, if i'm one of those lucky ones who is shortlisted, i'll still consider buying... keke =P cos there are still like 5 other floorplans which are not shown at the showflat... so i'll continue "yan jiu"ing all the floorplans myself & update on the ones that may fit my bill... YEAHHHHEYYYY!!!

~Annual Mid-Autumn Festival~

We had our B.Tech annual mid-autumn fest after lesson on Thurs... everyone as usual has to bring one mooncake or pomelo or lantern or anything related to mooncake festival... This will be our last mid-autumn celebrating together in school...

So everyone make a point to stay back despite it's almost 9pm after lesson... we had lots of fun eating mooncakes, lighting lanterns, & take fotos...

No doubt doing part-time study is really tough... Struggling with deadlines of report, lab, projects & EXAMS...... But having all these cute friends ard, school can be so much fun... Will definitely miss the happy times... Since this is our final year, i can foresee there will be lots more gatherings & celebrations coming up... Yeahhhhheeeyyy...

~hE HaS mY bLeSsiNG~

Recently i got to knw that my ex-bf is getting married in November... for a couple of days, those long forgotten memories resurface after nearly 5yrs... those carefree school days in Poly, times spent slogging thro' exams, finally till graduation & landed in a job... But things don't always juz go as you planned... when i was focusing on my new found job, things around started to change or probably was the person... it juz happened... i was force to accept it & go thro' the hard times, the crying & the phobia of getting into another r'ship again... But those rough patches that seems so hurting before were now juz a part of my memory... i don't feel anything abt it now... Time can really heal a broken heart... All that it takes for us is just to be patient.. Probably tt's how make a person grow & be more matured... There'll definitely be times when we will meet someone who seems to be rite but at the wrong time... but of cos, if things are meant to be, the rite one & time will come...

That's what i believe when i got to know my DaR DaR... he's someone that can really brighten up ur day with those stooopid & ridiculous things that he's very good at doing... For example, i recieved an MMS from him at work today, a self-take foto of him in outfield during Reservist... LoLx! YES, HE'S VERY VAIN... He spend longer time than me to "dress up" even when we are only going to the neighbouring shopping mall...

Our relationships has ups & downs like everyone else... Of cos i do like him... But i'm not too sure if it's my phobia or was there somethings that i've to seriously think about to knw if the guy i'm with is THE ONE... So one day i decided to ask my sista who's with his bf & now hubby for like nearly 10yrs, "how would i knw if the guy is THE ONE?!" But the ingenious answer i got from her was, "you'll knw it de lah..." Then i juz go (?_?) ??? She's really not much of a help sia... hahaha =P

Al'tot i haven't really found my answer yet, but guess wat, me & DaR are going to checkout a showflat... keke =P Anyway, it's call The Premiere located at Tampines, Singapore 1st housing developed by private developer, Sim Lian Group Limited under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS). Tomorrow will be their official launch & most probably we will send in our application for Balloting... But the price is actually not quite as what i've expected & i'm still wondering if it's really worth it... We are most probably looking at 5 rooms, which is also majority units that they are offering... the price are ranging from $308k - $450k with the floor finishes, kitchen cabinets, air-conditioner, bedroom parquet flooring, etc... Well, will see if i can take any pics of the showflat & update my post again...
