~nO mOrE HoLiDaYs FoR nX 2 MtHs~

Shijing registered for a few of us under ST to the BiG WaLk... Registration fee only $1... even cheaper than my Mum who register with the Sembawang CC... woke up at 5.30am on Sun for the Walk... i don't r'ber when's the last time i woke up tt early... probably was during my primary sch days i guess... Thank goodness Mum's going with Aunt & hubby too, so i took their CC free bus provided for them to the stadium... if not, i'll have to take the train from Admiralty to Kallang MRT then still must walked to the stadium... tink by then, i ald tired & no mood liaox... hehe =P

No doubt it's another Birthday gathering yah... the final 2 friends of mine on list birthday falls in May... We gathered at Esplanade, Ichiban Boshi at 6pm... enough time for the few of us to go back for shower & rest after the Big Walk... Shijing probably got "over-cooked" during the Walk under the Sun so couldn't make it to dinner with us... Joos & gf went Cameron's Highland for holidays over the long wkends... & Liting has gotta go Malaysia with the family... So here are the few of us...

We have to separate into 2 tables to enjoy the sofa seats...

The food was gd & the prices are quite reasonable i must say...

After the gathering, all the rest were pretty tired & we all headed our different ways... Since we still have the whole of Mon to rot at home, DaR & me decided to find a place to chill out... wanting to spend tis long wkend to the fullest...

We settled at Esplanade newly opened disco pub, DXO... i was told it was the previous Embassy... Tink its by NTUC cos all LinkCard holders get discount... Cover charge includes 2 drinks each... Well, if u are those who mind ur own business & not affected by the crowds, u'll probably like the place for a chat with a few friends... but if u are those like my DaR & me, always keeping a lookout for hunks & babes, then probably u won't like it there... lolx! it's not really v.happening & the crowds age range quite old, oso the music wasn't wat we like... So guess it'll be the 1st & last time we'll be there yah...
