I've been like putting on 2kg+ gradually since the beginning of the year... If this continues & in 5 yrs time, i'll be like the next Jin San Shun, a 30yrs OLD FAT WOMAN weighing at 60kg. NOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo....
I must start doing somethg before it's toooo late... so i've brought my barang barang & make sure i head down to gym at least 3 times a week during lunch... Thank goodness there's a gym juz over the next blk of my office, where i used to be a regular for their step aerobics classes during lunch... But since i started attending school, the routine has stopped... i tot i'll be able to maintain my weight due to the stress & tiredness to go school like 3times a wk... BUUUTTT...... hiaks... You cannot imagine the hectic lifestyle i'm having that made me subconciously tot its ok to eat, eat & eat to released the stress... from the girl during sec school who always get "suan" for wasting food to the girl now who finishes the most in a bento compared to the rest during our KLunch on our last meeting to KTV...
Well, so i tink probably hitting the gym would be a better choice than wasting food again rite?! keke =P
